- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I recently have knowledge and personal experience with unfriendly personnel, one of whom was exceedingly disrespectful to a five year old child and her mother. The child has autism and he didn't like the noise she made. When I called as an advocate to get the managers name I was at first only provided a first name and when I requested a last name and when he could be reached I was told the name in a nasty tone and hung up on.
